Turnaround times
In stock items will usually be shipped within 2 business days of payment received. Made to order items will usually take up to 2 weeks to make and be shipped unless notified otherwise.

All custom or personalized orders must be paid in full before work will commence on them.

All payments via direct deposit will need to clear in my account before the order will be posted. All orders paid via paypal will be sent to the address you have listed on paypal so please double check that it is correct.

I do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size etc, although if the item is clearly faulty due to my errors I will refund or replace on return of item/s in original condition.

Orders that payment hasn't been received for within 7 days will be cancelled without warning, unless previous arrangements have been made.
